Terms and conditions

Dear client,

If you are a regular client or a are considering my services, I thank you for supporting my small business. I implemented some policies to ensure the longevity of my business and I am certain that those policies kept my practice thriving and also enabled me to continue to serve those in need of what I have or offer. Please know that when those policies are not kept, I always try to balance understanding and consideration with the preservation of my practice.

Appointment booking:

Appointments booking on-line only. Full payment is required upon booking.

Cancellation:

I understand that situations may arise leading to a cancellation. I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation and rescheduling in order to offer this spot to another client who needs it and also to ensure it does not impact my practice. Failure to provide a 24-hr notice will result in your prepaid session being non refundable.

If you need to schedule before 24 hours, please reschedule on-line. Appointments must be rescheduled for future time no more than 3 months. I do not offer refunds.

No-Shows:

I have a busy schedule, responsibilities to protect as a small business owner and time is very precious to me.

Forgetting or not showing up to your prepaid appointment will be non-refundable and non transferable.

Late arrivals:

Please plan accordingly for your appointment and allow yourself enough time for your commute. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. I allow a 5 minute grace. Please know that my breaks between appointments are not to accommodate tardiness but for me to regroup, sanitize and get my room ready for my next client. If you are the last client of the day, be mindful of my time and my engagements outside my work schedule. If you expect to be late please text me at (972)898-6289.

My fee:

I do not work with insurance. Your confirmation of payment and booking by email will serve as a receipt if you need it. I offer a reasonable rate for this reason I do not offer discounts, memberships nor packages.

During session:

I make sure to follow proper draping for professional boundaries. Before I step out of the room to let you get ready on the table, we will have a few minutes to review goals, improvements, and adjustments. Light conversation is always welcome at the beginning of our session to put you at ease and help you relax. Conversation is not recommended during the whole session to ensure I can focus on my work and allow you to experience the full benefits of relaxation. Never hesitate to let me know if anything feels uncomfortable such as pressure or stretches. At the end of our session, I am happy to recommend self-care and a treatment plan best suited for you when needed.

Inclement weather:

Your safety and mine are my priority. All appointments will be rescheduled in a future time no later than 2 months.

Right to refuse or terminate services:

  • In case of inappropriate behavior, session will be terminated instantly and will not be refunded

  • Chronic tardiness and cancellations

  • Rude behavior/ micromanagement of my work

  • Lack of communication that can affect our session and put your health and my integrity in danger

  • Contagious illness/fever

  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs
